My name's Michael Phillips and I originally started installing central heating and air systems when I was 20 years old with my dad. He worked for a small business in Placerville that was under staffed and he needed help in the field installing. I was not interested to say the least in the brutal attic conditions in the summer. I learned so much about work and ethics from this man it was only suiting that  I followed in his foot steps. He taught me all the ropes of installing quality merchandise and providing the upmost top notch quality customer service possible. my career led us apart as my hunger for knowledge grew stronger. as we parted ways I began to really use my leadership skills to the maximum potential. I led an installation crew for over 8 years residentially. as my hunger for knowledge grew more I exposed myself to commercial installations, service, and maintenancing for the next 4 years. after exposing myself to enough situations and experiences, I realized that I could offer clients so much more then I was able to give. I also did not agree with a lot of the daily practices involved with other companies I had forked for. I decided that my experience deserved to be shared with the community as well as the environment. I'm pleased to have made it this far and to be able to offer my services to the community. I'm very excited to make impacting changes in the community, meeting peoples comfort needs on all different levels of affordability and design. Its my goal to provide each client with outstanding customer service, honesty, integrity, reliability and a positive attitude that's  genuinely natured to help.
